We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Audit Executive to support our Energy Audit business. The role involves reviewing sales activities, maintaining project documentation, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring accurate records throughout the sales and audit process.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and maintain sales and project documentation.
- Verify quotations, work orders, invoices, and related records.
- Coordinate with the sales, technical, and operations teams.
- Track project progress and prepare MIS and sales reports.
- Ensure compliance with company processes and documentation standards.
- Maintain accurate digital records and support audit-related activities.
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of ERP/CRM software is an advantage.
Qualifications & Experience
- B.Tech/B.E. (Electrical, Mechanical, Energy, or a related Engineering discipline) preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales audit, sales coordination, project documentation, or the energy/power industry.
- Knowledge of Energy Audit processes or the electrical industry will be an added advantage.
