Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and patient-focused Physician (General Medicine) with 1–3 years of clinical experience to join our healthcare team. The candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a wide range of medical conditions, providing preventive healthcare, and ensuring high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

- Examine patients, take detailed medical histories, and perform physical examinations.
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
- Prescribe medications and recommend appropriate treatment plans.
- Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests and laboratory reports.
- Provide preventive healthcare advice and patient education.
- Coordinate with specialists and other healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
- Respond to medical emergencies and provide timely interventions when required.
- Adhere to hospital policies,



clinical protocols, and ethical standards.

Requirements

- MBBS with MD/DNB in General Medicine.
- Valid Medical Council Registration.
- 1–3 years of experience in a hospital or clinical setting.
- Robust clinical and diagnostic skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
- Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in managing inpatient and outpatient services.
- Knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- Ability to handle emergency and critical care situations effectively.

Language Requirements

- Malayalam (Mandatory)
