Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning designs that effectively communicate our brand’s message and engage our target audience. The ideal candidate is passionate about design, has a strong understanding of design principles, and is skilled in using industry-standard design software to create compelling visual content across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Graphic Design: Create and design visually appealing graphics for various media, including websites, social media, marketing materials, advertisements, brochures, banners, and more.
- Brand Identity: Assist in developing and maintaining a cohesive visual identity for the brand, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and platforms.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, content creators, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver designs that align with business goals.
- Creative Concepts: Develop original design concepts and present them to clients or team members, incorporating feedback and revisions as needed.
- Photo and Video Editing: Edit and retouch photos, create video graphics, and support multimedia content creation.
- Layout and Typography: Design layouts for print and digital materials, ensuring typography, colors, and images are used effectively to enhance user experience.
- File Preparation: Prepare and export final design files for print, web, and social media, ensuring formats are correct and optimized for various platforms.
- Trend Awareness:



Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and technology to bring fresh, innovative ideas to the team.

Requirements:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience: Proven experience as a Graphic Designer (1–3 years preferred), with a strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, design skills, and versatility.
- Skills:
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Strong understanding of design principles (composition, typography, color theory, etc.).
- Experience with web and social media design, as well as print materials.
- Familiarity with video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects) is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality designs under pressure.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your previous design work and demonstrating a range of skills and creativity.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with UX/UI design.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS or web design principles.
- Experience with 3D design or animation is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative on projects.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
