We are looking for energetic, confident, and result-oriented Telecallers to connect with students and parents, explain our JEE, NEET, MHT-CET, and Foundation programs, schedule counselling sessions, and support the admission process.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
- Handle inbound admission enquiries professionally.
- Explain courses, scholarships, and academy features.
- Schedule counselling appointments and follow-up calls.
- Maintain accurate lead records in the CRM.
- Convert enquiries into admissions through effective communication.
- Coordinate with counsellors and the marketing team.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
- Build long-term relationships with students and parents.
Eligibility
- Graduate (preferred).
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Good persuasion and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Google Sheets/CRM).
- Experience in telecalling, counselling, sales, or customer support is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome.
