We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Officer with hands-on experience in accounting, taxation, and compliance. The candidate should be well-versed in GST, TDS, return filing, and financial reporting, along with strong practical exposure to accounting software and banking coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling day-to-day accounting activities and maintaining books of accounts
- Preparation and filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, reconciliation, etc.)
- Preparation and filing of TDS returns and ensuring timely compliance
- Assisting in statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits
- Working knowledge of income tax return filing (companies/individuals)
- Managing bank-related activities including documentation, coordination, and follow-ups
- Maintaining accurate financial records in Tally
- Preparing reports, MIS, and data analysis using MS Excel
- Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Liaisoning with consultants, auditors,
and government departments as required
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) / CA Inter / CMA Inter or equivalent
- Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in accounting and taxation
- Robust knowledge of GST, TDS, and Income Tax compliance
- Hands-on experience in Computax or similar tax software
- Proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Excel
- Good understanding of financial statements and audit processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
