About the Role
At Intellisolvers, we’re looking for a dynamic and hands-on Recruiter who can own the complete hiring cycle — from sourcing candidates to client coordination and onboarding.
If you’re someone who enjoys talking to people, closing positions, and working in a fast-paced environment — this role is for you.

What You’ll Do
Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels
Screen CVs and shortlist relevant candidates based on job requirements
Conduct initial HR screening calls
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
Manage end-to-end recruitment process
Handle client communication and onboarding requirements
Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers (Excel/ATS)
Follow up with candidates and ensure smooth interview and joining process




Work closely with the team to close positions within deadlines

What We’re Looking For
3 Months - 1 year of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Hands-on experience with sourcing and screening
Ability to manage multiple roles at the same time
Comfortable with Excel and basic reporting
Self-driven, proactive, and target-oriented mindset

Bonus Points
Experience working with recruitment consultancies
Exposure to sourcing portals
Good understanding of LinkedIn sourcing
