We’re Hiring: Pattern Master / Tailor / Sampling Coordinator

We are hiring for a new in-house apparel and textile vertical under a premium lifestyle brand. This role requires someone with strong practical knowledge of pattern making, garment construction, sampling, fittings, and production coordination.

Location: Delhi/NCR preferred
Experience: Around 3 years
Compensation: Up to ₹50,000 per month, depending on experience and skill level
Work Type: In-house, full-time

Key Responsibilities

- Develop garment patterns based on sketches, measurements, reference samples, and designer instructions.
- Interpret silhouettes and design concepts into technically workable garments.
- Take and verify accurate body and garment measurements.
- Coordinate and supervise stitching and sample development.
- Work directly with designers, tailors, karigars, vendors, and production teams.
- Conduct fittings and identify construction, proportion, and fit-related issues.
- Make pattern adjustments and coordinate necessary sample corrections.
- Ensure correct stitching methods, finishing, fall, comfort, and garment construction.
- Maintain pattern, measurement, and sample records.




- Support the complete process from initial pattern development to approved final sample.
- Coordinate small production runs and ensure consistency with the approved sample when required.

What We’re Looking For

- Practical expertise in pattern making, measurements, stitching, sampling, and garment construction.
- Solid understanding of garment fits, proportions, seams, finishes, and production flow.
- Ability to understand design sketches and convert them into accurate samples.
- Experience working directly with designers, tailors, vendors, and production teams.
- Comfortable managing fit corrections and repeated sampling until approval.
- Hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in-house.

Preference will be given to candidates with experience in ethnic wear, fusion wear, premium or luxury apparel, lifestyle brands, boutiques, designer labels, export houses, or D2C clothing brands.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
