What We're Looking For

We're looking for a detail-oriented E-Commerce Accountant to manage financial operations across online marketplaces. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in marketplace accounting, reconciliations, GST compliance, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Manage accounting for Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, and other e-commerce marketplaces.
Perform daily, weekly, and monthly marketplace settlement reconciliations.
Reconcile payment gateways, bank statements, COD collections, returns, and refunds.
Handle GST, TDS, invoices, debit notes, and credit notes.
Maintain accounts using Tally Prime and prepare MIS reports.
Track marketplace commissions, fees, advertising expenses, and profitability.
Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Warehouse teams for order and inventory reconciliation.
Support monthly closing, audits,



and statutory compliance.
Utilize AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc.) to improve reporting, documentation, and productivity.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in E-Commerce Accounting.
Experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and Shopify.
Strong knowledge of Tally Prime, Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP), and Google Sheets.
Good understanding of GST, TDS, accounting principles, and financial reconciliation.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience in the FMCG industry is preferred.
Knowledge of AI tools will be an added advantage.

Qualifications

B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
