Job Summary

Soorya Pharmacy is looking for an experienced and dedicated Pharmacy Purchase Executive to join our team in Calicut. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in pharmaceutical and non-pharmaceutical procurement, vendor coordination, stock planning, and purchase operations within a pharmacy or healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle pharmaceutical and non-pharmaceutical purchases for pharmacy operations.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for quotations, order placement, and timely delivery.
- Ensure availability of stock and maintain proper purchase records.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with branches for purchase requirements.
- Negotiate pricing and maintain robust vendor relationships.
- Verify invoices, purchase orders,



and product quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with company purchase policies and procedures.

Eligibility Criteria

- Qualification: Any Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in pharmacy purchase, including both pharma and non-pharma purchase.
- Good knowledge of medicines, surgicals, and healthcare-related products.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and purchase documentation is preferred.
