Job description:
This position requires excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Australia Shift Timings are (4:30am to 1:30pm) & during day light saving time (3:45am to 12:45pm).
2+ years of work experience and should be positive with Microsoft applications.
KPI's:
100% data integrity and accuracy
Comprehensive data collected (name, telephone and email address)
Achieve minimum levels quoting: 50 – 70 per day
Primary tasks & Duties:
Identify the routes to see if the job can be done. And then quote accordingly.
Interacting with customers over the phone and help them solve their queries. Doing the same via emails as well.
Liaising with subcontractors to get the information needed for the work.
Entering the bookings into company system.
Sending out quotes via email and on different platforms.
Providing customers with updates regarding the transportation
Encouraging happy customers to leave positive feedback and reviews
Ensure all data is correctly entered into the system
Submit reports on activities
Other tasks as required
