Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day operations at the site. The candidate should be capable of handling workers, ensuring timely completion of tasks, and maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily site operations and workflow
- Manage and guide workers/labour efficiently
- Ensure work is completed on time with proper quality
- Maintain discipline and safety standards at the site
- Coordinate with management and provide daily progress reports
- Monitor material usage and basic record keeping

Requirements:

- Experience: 1–3 years in a similar role
- Basic knowledge of site operations / construction / crusher work
- Good leadership and communication skills
- Ability to handle team and work under pressure

Preferred Skills:

- Problem-solving attitude
- Time management

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
