We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Executive to build partnerships with engineering colleges, universities, and corporate organizations. If you enjoy networking, meeting new people, and creating business opportunities, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

* Build relationships with Training & Placement Officers (TPOs), HODs, Principals, and university representatives.

* Schedule and coordinate campus workshops, seminars, webinars, and career guidance sessions.

* Connect with HR and Learning & Development (L&D;) teams to explore corporate training opportunities.

* Generate new business through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn networking, and field visits.

* Maintain and manage a pipeline of colleges, companies, and prospective clients.

* Counsel prospective students about our courses and career opportunities.





* Coordinate demo classes and support students throughout the admission process.

* Represent ShiftToTech at educational events, seminars, job fairs, and networking meetups.

Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

* 3 years of experience in Business Development, Education Sales, EdTech, Corporate Sales, or Partnership Management.

* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

* Strong relationship-building and networking abilities.

* Comfortable with field visits, client meetings, and travel .

* Self-driven, target-oriented, and eager to grow with the company.
