We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate should have 6montha –1 years of experience in accounting and a strong working knowledge of Tally ERP9. This role involves handling day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting statutory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records using Tally ERP9.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, and ensure timely reconciliation.
- Prepare and process invoices, vouchers, and journal entries.
- Handle bank reconciliations and assist in cash flow management.
- Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.
- Maintain petty cash and ensure proper documentation and approvals.
- Assist in budgeting, expense tracking, and other finance-related activities.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
- 6months–1 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP9 (knowledge of Tally Prime will be an added advantage).
- Robust understanding of accounting principles, GST, and TDS.
- Proficient in MS Excel and other MS Office applications.
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
