Role
As the Learning Executive you will be part of the Customer Experience - India BU and will report to the Lead- Technical Training. The purpose of your role will be to:
1. Improve Customer Focus and Service quality to enhance Consumer Service Experience in workshops, through learning.
2. Service Preparedness for new model launches.
3. Manage the projects/development activities related to After Sales and Learning.
A Purpose Driven Role for You
Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
1. Execution of L3 learning programs for HMCL field service staff (domestic & International Business) and MCCs to improve their technical knowledge and skill.
2. Ensure effective learning material development on recent models & advanced technology.
3. Ensure the completion of assigned Projects in stipulated time. Daily update and monitoring of the activities related to projects.
4. Bring Innovation in Learning.
5. Execution of Technical Skill Contest for channel partners workshop staff.
A Day in the Life
As the Learning Executive,
you will start the day by reviewing the assigned tasks and update the status of activities. You will be responsible for the execution of the training program which is scheduled from 9 am till 5 pm. For effective recent model training material development, you will be in contact with CIT & New Product Support Team for technology updates.
Academic Qualification & Experience
- B.E. in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 5 years in the automobile industry with 3 years in training and development roles.
Technical Skills/Knowledge
- Knowledge on two-wheeler technology with fluency in practical skills.
- Fluency in computers with knowledge of software MS Office.
- Proficiency in Corel Draw.
- Effective Training Delivery.
- Project Management.
