Designer | EXA CeramicsDescription:Job Purpose

The Designer is responsible for creating visually engaging, on-brand designs for various platforms, projects, and products. This includes conceptualizing, designing, and producing high-quality design materials to meet the company's creative, marketing, and branding needs. The Designer collaborates with different teams to ensure that designs align with the overall business goals and customer expectations.

Key Accountability AreasCreative Design & Concept Development:

- Develop creative concepts, designs, and layouts for print and digital media, including but not limited to brochures, websites, social media, advertisements, and product packaging.
- Translate client briefs, requirements, and project objectives into visually appealing designs that align with the brand's identity.
- Work with the marketing and branding teams to create designs that support company goals and campaigns.

Graphic Design & Visual Communication:

- Design graphics, logos, illustrations, and other visual elements to support marketing materials, promotional campaigns, and product presentations.
- Create layouts for digital and print publications, ensuring consistency with the brand's visual identity and messaging.
- Edit and retouch images, ensuring high-quality visual standards are met for all assets.

Collaboration & Cross-Functional Teamwork:

- Work closely with the marketing, product, and content teams to produce design solutions that align with the company's vision.
- Take part in brainstorming sessions and contribute to creative development and strategy for projects.




- Communicate design ideas effectively with internal teams and clients, making revisions based on feedback and requirements.

Brand Consistency & Guidelines:

- Ensure that all design work adheres to the company's brand guidelines and visual standards.
- Maintain a consistent brand identity across all design materials, ensuring uniformity in colors, fonts, and style.

Design Execution & Production:

- Prepare and finalize designs for production, ensuring proper file formats, resolution, and quality standards are met.
- Coordinate with print vendors, agencies, and other external partners to ensure that designs are executed correctly and delivered on time.
- Ensure all design projects are completed within deadlines and meet quality expectations.

Feedback & Iteration:

- Revise and improve designs based on feedback from clients, managers, or project stakeholders.
- Provide updates and progress reports to managers regarding design tasks, challenges, and timelines.

Continuous Improvement:

- Stay updated with design trends, industry developments, and new technologies to bring fresh and innovative ideas to design projects.
- Suggest new ways to improve the company's design processes and creative output.

- Ensure compliance with relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within the defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products/services.

Academic Qualification

- Diploma Degree in Design
