Your role in our missionJob Duties:
- Plan and undertake end-to-end test activities such as test effort estimation, test script development, test automation, test execution & defects management.
- Create and execute appropriate quality plans, test strategies, and processes for development activities.
- Design, document, manage and execute test cases.
- Understand E2E flows and create E2E test cases.
- Work closely with Development Team & PMs to understand product use cases and ensure the solution solves end-user use cases.
- Perform ad hoc and regression testing of the application whenever required and report defects.
- Create test scripts for issues reported in the System.
- Communicate progress and escalate issues precisely to the management in a timely manner.
- Review test cases and automate wherever possible.
- Educate team members on test automation and drive AI adoption.
- Contribute/Maintain test automation framework development.
- Monitor daily automation runs, analyze reports, share metrics with the Team.
What we're looking forSkills/Experiences:
- 2 - 7+ years of experience.
- Experience in Manual/Functional/System testing.
- US Healthcare knowledge, especially Provider and Claims.
- Strong QA Automation engineer who can lead end-to-end test activities that include regression, automation, and defect management.
- Build test automation and drive adoption of key initiatives and frameworks.
- Experience with any of the automation tools.
