Techno-Functional "PMO + Support" Hybrid Role for BFL EMI Card Transaction Approval System.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Leads the requirements/projects from originating the requirement to its delivery i.e.
- Interact with cross functional business teams to understand business needs and prioritize requirements
- Understand and identify areas of improvement across businesses and participate in solution identification and implementation
- Executed project management functions for technology implementation and upgrades.
- Adhere to quality / info-security guidelines and processes including maintain adequate documentation.
- Level-02 support for Production issues and coordinating with Business and 3rd Party System owner.
- Creating Reports using SQL.
- Vendor management.

Key Decisions / Dimensions

- Finalizing the Architecture
- Test case and result review.
- Implementation plan.
- Production issue immediate corrective and preventive actions.
- Team Management

Major Challenges

- Requirement capturing with discussion with Business.
- Handling and communicating with multiple stakeholders like Business/QA/Support Team/IT/RISK etc.
- Handling Production issues and coordinating with 3rd Party Vendor.




- Conduct systematic Root Cause Analysis.
- Support to SIT and UAT.

Required Qualifications and Experiencea) Qualifications

Graduation in computers / IT

b) Work Experience

Experience of 3 - 5 years (GB04)

c) Mandatory Skills (tasks may differ based on the below mentioned skill sets)

Must have:

- Should have 3- 5 years of experience as PMO/Business-Architect
- Must be ready for Production Support activities.
- Well versed with APIs and have basics of SQL.
- Well versed with Software and Defect management cycle.
- Good in Solutioning and documentation. Must have experience in creating Techno-Functional Specifications.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong bias for action & driving results in a high-performance workplace. Demonstrated success & achievement orientation with team management skills.
