- Lead the implementation of best practices to improve software development processes and team productivity.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align project goals and deliverables with organizational objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
- Robust knowledge of financial accounting principles and their application within SAP environments.
- Experience in customizing and configuring SAP FI modules to meet business requirements.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with integration techniques between SAP FI and other enterprise systems.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SAP FI S/4HANA implementations.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
