Minimum Qualification

- Graduate Diploma
- Bachelor of Technology Honors (BTech Hons)

- Good Academic background, sound in Electrical/ Instrumentation Construction, with a keen interest in managing customers and sub-contractors at site. Degree/ Diploma in Electrical/ Electrical & Electronics is required.
- Report to E&I; lead for all construction activities and to be based at site.
- Must possess good interpersonal skills and communication skills.
- Ability to plan day-to-day electrical activities at site, liaising with other disciplines via Mechanical, Civil, Piping for release of work front.
- Ability to maintain positive relations with all stakeholders.
- Minimum of 6 - 10 years of experience in Construction of Electrical works in Oil and Gas Industries, Process plant, steel plant, petrochemical complex, etc., including installation/testing/commissioning of Electrical substations (GIS), HV/MV/LV Panels, VFDs and VSDs, MCCs.
- Experience of independently handling Electrical Construction, preferably on a contractor side in Oil and Gas Refinery, Petrochemical, Steel Plant, Power Plant, or Pipeline Experience, Track record of HSE Leadership.
- Must have quality consciousness and willing to perform the work as per project specifications within a predefined time schedule.
- Experience in interpretation and application of National Electrical Code/ IEEE and other relevant international codes and standards.
- Knowledge in equipment erection, plant cable laying, Cable tray installation, testing,



and commissioning of all HV/LV electrical equipment.
- Knowledge of area classification and international codes and practices applicable in refinery and petrochemicals is an added advantage.
- Planning of materials, resources, execution, cost control awareness, and reconciliation activities of Electrical works with Sub-contractors, planning, and PMC.
- Ensure to achieve the project objectives in line with HSES, quality, cost, and schedule requirements.
- Active involvement in the progress of field activities to ensure scheduling milestones and understanding critical activities for delivery of committed dates.
- Active in upgrading sub-contractors' work performance and drive focus on Quality of work and a strong Safety culture.
- Actively ensure to note down the field design modifications and scope changes.
- Certification of measurement of work from PMC/Customers.
- Certification of Measurement of the work done by the subcontractors.
- Installation of Electrical works with compliance with drawing and specifications.
- Establish a plan for efficiently organizing work and site facilities to meet agreed deadlines.
- Site coordination and review with respect to productivity and standards.
- Liaising with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and general workforce involved in the project.
