Shree Niketan, one of Chennai's fastest-growing Current Age educational group. We are looking for an experienced, passionate and caring Kindergarten Teacher (KGT) who can inspire, engage, and make a lasting impact in the early years of a child’s educational journey.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Create a warm, welcoming, and stimulating classroom environment for KG children.
2. Plan and deliver age-appropriate and engaging lessons.
3. Use creative and play-based teaching methodologies to promote curiosity and learning.
4. Assess and document student progress and communicate effectively with parents.
5.



Collaborate with co-teachers and the academic team to develop and implement the curriculum.
6. Ensure safety, hygiene, and emotional well-being of every child under care.

Qualifications:

1. Graduate in any discipline.
2. Diploma/Certificate in Early Childhood Education or Montessori Training is mandatory.
3. 1–5 years of teaching experience in a kindergarten or preschool setting.
4. Excellent communication skills in English.
