Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Plan and manage social media marketing campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, WhatsApp Business).
- Create and schedule engaging content, including posters, reels, videos, and promotional campaigns.
- Manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and YouTube Ads.
- Optimize website performance using SEO (Search Engine Optimization).
- Improve website traffic through on-page and off-page SEO techniques.
- Execute email marketing and WhatsApp marketing campaigns.
- Generate quality leads through digital platforms.
- Monitor daily campaign performance and optimize ROI.
- Track KPIs such as impressions, reach, clicks, CTR, CPC, conversions, and ROAS.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers, and video editors.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms.
- Respond to customer enquiries received through social media and websites.
- Monitor competitor digital activities and market trends.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly marketing performance reports.
- Manage online reputation and customer reviews.




- Maintain the company's Google Business Profile and other online listings.
- Plan festive, seasonal, and promotional campaigns.
- Ensure all digital content follows company branding guidelines.
- Support sales teams by generating qualified customer leads.
