- Greet and assist customers visiting the service department.
- Schedule service appointments and confirm bookings.
- Make service reminder calls and follow up on pending appointments.
- Contact customers after service to collect feedback and ensure satisfaction.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and coordinate with the service team for timely resolution.
- Monitor customer satisfaction (CSI) and support initiatives to improve service quality.
- Coordinate with Service Advisors and the Workshop team to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Prepare daily and monthly customer follow-up reports.
- Support customer retention and loyalty programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Positive communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Prior experience in customer service or the automobile industry is preferred.
