Job Overview

Sales & Marketing Executive who will also handle key responsibilities of a Sales Coordinator. The role involves driving business growth through sales strategies, marketing initiatives, and ensuring smooth coordination between clients, internal teams, and the sales department.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

- Identify and develop current business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation
- Conduct sales presentations, meetings, and negotiations with prospective customers
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Marketing Activities

- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (online and offline)
- Promote products/services through digital platforms, social media, and events
- Conduct competitor analysis and market trend research
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials

Sales Coordination

- Act as a point of contact between the sales team, clients, and internal departments
- Process sales orders, quotations, and invoices accurately and timely




- Track order status and ensure timely delivery to customers
- Handle client queries, follow-ups, and after-sales support
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and sales documentation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
- Conduct sales presentations, meetings, and negotiations with prospective customers

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Preferred)
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or sales coordination roles
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
