Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance & Reconciliation Specialist to support the financial operations of KVA’s U.S. businesses. This role focuses on banking, reconciliations, financial reporting, expense verification, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key ResponsibilitiesBank Reconciliations

· Perform daily, weekly, and monthly bank reconciliations

· Investigate and resolve discrepancies

· Prepare reconciliation reports

· Monitor outstanding items

Credit Card Reconciliations

· Match transactions with receipts

· Verify business expenses

· Identify unauthorized transactions

· Follow up on missing documentation

Financial Reporting

· Prepare weekly cash reports

· Monitor cash balances

· Prepare monthly financial summaries

· Assist with variance analysis

· Maintain reconciliation schedules

Accounts Support

· Assist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable reconciliations

· Verify expense coding

· Review supporting documentation

· Monitor outstanding balances

Audit Support

· Prepare audit schedules

· Organize financial records

· Respond to CPA documentation requests

· Maintain supporting files

Property & Business Support





· Monitor management company financial reports

· Review owner distributions

· Verify reserve funding

· Support budget tracking

Continuous Improvement

· Recommend process improvements

· Assist with financial automation initiatives

· Maintain financial documentation standards

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field

· 3–6 years of accounting or reconciliation experience

· Strong understanding of accounting principles

· Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

· High level of accuracy and attention to detail

Preferred Skills

· US accounting support experience

· ERP or accounting software experience

· Hospitality or multi-location business experience

· CPA firm experience is an advantage

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
