We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining our products or services, generating leads, and converting prospects into customers. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach are essential.
Key Responsibilities
* Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
* Explain the company’s products and services clearly and professionally.
* Generate and qualify sales leads.
* Follow up with interested customers and close sales.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM or database.
* Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
* Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
* Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
* Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree or any equivalent qualification.
* 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service (freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome).
* Excellent verbal communication skills in English and the local language.
* Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
* Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
* Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
