Job Title: Telecaller (E-commerce Process)

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telecaller with experience in the e-commerce domain. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, resolving queries, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to e-commerce orders
- Assist customers with order confirmation, tracking, cancellations, and returns
- Resolve customer queries and complaints in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution
- Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, operations)

- Achieve daily/weekly call and performance targets

Requirements:

- 6 months to 1 year of telecalling experience (preferably in e-commerce)
- Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
- Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/CRM tools
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment
