About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Agri Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with farmers, understand their agricultural requirements, and provide practical guidance on crop management, plant nutrition, crop protection, and agricultural solutions.

The role involves building strong relationships with farmers, supporting field activities, and helping customers select the right agricultural products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit farmers and agricultural fields regularly to understand crop-related requirements.
- Provide farmers with practical advice on crop management, plant nutrition, pest and disease management, and crop protection.
- Recommend suitable agricultural products and solutions based on crop and farmer requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with farmers and channel partners.
- Conduct field demonstrations, farmer meetings, product demonstrations, and awareness programs.
- Monitor crop performance and provide timely recommendations.
- Generate leads and support sales activities in the assigned territory.
- Follow up with farmers and customers to understand product performance and requirements.
- Maintain daily records of farmer visits, field activities, leads, and sales opportunities.
- Coordinate with the sales and technical team to resolve farmer queries.




- Collect market intelligence, competitor information, and farmer feedback.
- Achieve assigned field activity, customer engagement, and business targets.

Candidate Requirements

- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Agriculture, Horticulture, Agronomy, Plant Science, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in agriculture, agri-inputs, fertilizer, crop protection, seeds, or related industries is preferred.
- Freshers with strong agricultural knowledge and good communication skills may also be considered.
- Good knowledge of crops, farming practices, and basic agricultural products.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with farmers and understand their requirements.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and reporting is an advantage.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
