BhutanBliss specializes in creating memorable travel experiences with customized holiday packages. We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Travel Advisor (Tele Sales) to join our growing team.
Salary
- ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (depending on experience)
- Attractive performance-based incentives (No upper limit)
Responsibilities
- Call and follow up with travel leads.
- Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable tour packages.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Handle customer queries professionally over phone and WhatsApp.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure a smooth booking experience.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience in the Travel & Tourism industry.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills in Hindi and English.
- Comfortable working from home with a laptop/computer and secure internet connection.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
- Experience using WhatsApp, email, and basic computer applications.
Preferred
- Experience selling domestic or international holiday packages.
- Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
