About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and highly creative Creative Producer who can lead content ideation, production planning, and execution across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong storytelling skills, production knowledge, and the ability to manage creative projects from concept to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop creative concepts and content ideas for videos, podcasts, and digital campaigns.
- Plan and oversee end-to-end production workflows.
- Coordinate with cinematographers, editors, designers, and presenters.
- Create scripts, shot breakdowns, and production schedules.
- Ensure content aligns with brand identity and audience expectations.
- Research trends and implement innovative storytelling techniques.
- Manage multiple projects and ensure timely delivery.
- Collaborate with marketing and social media teams to maximize content reach.
- Maintain quality standards throughout pre-production, production, and post-production.

Required Skills





- Strong storytelling and content strategy skills.
- Experience in video production and creative project management.
- Knowledge of YouTube, Instagram, and digital media trends.
- Excellent communication and team coordination abilities.
- Understanding of scripting, shot planning, and content workflows.
- Familiarity with production tools and creative software is an advantage.
- Ability to handle multiple projects under deadlines.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Media, Visual Communication, Journalism, Film Studies, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in content production, media, or creative project management.
