Responsibilities
- End-to-end store launch ownership from sign-off to handover
- Vendor and partner management for fit-outs and installations
- Design and brand compliance across all locations
- Cost, budget, and commercial control
- Cross-functional coordination with founders, franchise partners, and teams
- Risk management and issue resolution
Requirements
- 5–8 years in retail project management, store rollout, or expansion
- Strong exposure to multi-city/pan-India store openings
- Deep understanding of retail fit-outs, vendor management, and commercial negotiations
- Highly organized, execution-focused, comfortable in quick-growth environments
- Willingness to travel extensively
