Job Overview

GoldCash Limited is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support & Tele-Sales Executive to handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information regarding our services, and support our sales team in converting leads. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming customer calls and provide clear information regarding company services and products.
- Address customer queries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Identify customer requirements by asking relevant questions and recommending appropriate solutions.
- Communicate potential leads and verbal confirmations to the sales team for closure.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and conversations.
- Follow company policies, operational procedures, and service quality standards.




- Contact existing or previous customers to promote company services and generate sales opportunities.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional communication.
- Prepare and submit End-of-Day (EOD) reports in the prescribed format.
- Stay updated with company services, policies, and operational updates.

Candidate Requirements

- Education: Minimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass)
- Experience: 0–1 year in Customer Service, Telecalling, or Sales (preferred)
- Languages:
- English – Required
- Hindi – Required
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain call records

Work Location Requirement

Candidates should be able to reliably commute to Sohna, Gurugram, Haryana, or be willing to relocate before joining.
