Qualification: Diploma /B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
Experience: 2 to 4 Year
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate CNC/Machine Shop activities based on Plate Cutting Layout (PCL) issued by the Design Department.
- Review engineering drawings and identify raw material requirements for production.
- Maintain accurate ERP data and generate fabrication and painting job cards.
- Track incoming raw materials and coordinate with procurement for timely availability.
- Raise purchase requisitions for paint and other production consumables.
- Coordinate dispatch schedules and vehicle arrangements with the service team.
- Manage dispatch documentation and ensure compliance with project and customer requirements.
- Perform Inspection Test Plans (ITP) and support quality assurance activities.
- Monitor departmental activities, workforce allocation, and report progress to management.
Desired Skills:
✔ Knowledge of AutoCAD and 3D engineering drawings
✔ Understanding of production planning and project management methodologies
✔ ERP system proficiency
✔ Strong MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
✔ Excellent attention to detail and analytical abilities
