Position reports-Director, Talent Management

Job Purpose

- Drive and deliver: Organization-wide technology and AI-upskilling initiatives by creating and delivering (beginner level) learning programs that enhance digital fluency, innovation, and business impact.

- Collaborate and coordinate: With global business leaders, subject matter experts, and Talent Management teams to identify capability gaps, and work with partners (external and internal) to design scalable learning interventions, and ensure effective execution of technology, AI, analytics, and professional development programs across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deliver technology and AI enablement programs (beginner level) for I&A;, AD&D;/ASL teams, enabling the workforce to build digital fluency, accelerate technology adoption, and effectively leverage AI, automation, analytics, and emerging technologies to drive business impact and client success
- Conduct training sessions and workshops in various formats, including in person, online, and in hybrid mode. Provide hands-on instructions and demonstrations to ensure participants can apply the training to real-world scenarios




- Train on Acuity’s proprietary tools, such as Agent Fleet Assistant
- Partner with Delivery and other teams to identify current and future technical capability requirements. Conduct training needs analyses and translate business requirements into structured learning journeys
- Design structured learning curricula, training materials, assessments, competency frameworks and certification pathways for technical and AI-related programs
- Coordinate the delivery of training through internal subject matter experts, external partners, and learning vendors where required
- Manage the end-to-end execution of technical learning initiatives, including planning, scheduling, communications, logistics, and stakeholder management
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies, AI trends, tools, and industry best practices to continuously refresh learning content
- Work with global stakeholders across geographies to ensure training solutions meet regional and business-specific needs
- Track learning effectiveness through participant feedback, assessments, business impact, and learning analytics, making continuous improvements where required
- Collaborate with the Talent Management team to align technical capability building with broader organizational learning and talent strategies
- Maintain an annual technical training calendar and proactively drive execution against agreed learning priorities
- Create/update new content,



assessment, assignments, guides, e-learning modules, case studies, and quizzes on tech training modules on Flex
- As a team, we believe working from the office on all days

Key Competencies

Technical and functional

- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or a related technology discipline. Relevant industry certifications in Cloud, AI, Data, Cybersecurity, or Enterprise Architecture are highly desirable
- Capable of bridging business, analytics, AI, and digital transformation concepts for diverse learner groups across I&A;, AD&D;, and ASL

- Ability to build strong partnerships with business leaders, technical experts, and global stakeholders
- Strong collaboration and influencing skills across multiple functions and levels

Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
