Architect – Job Description

Position Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing residential, commercial, and hospitality projects, coordinating with clients and consultants, preparing technical drawings, and ensuring projects comply with applicable building regulations and quality standards.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Design residential, commercial, villa, apartment, farmhouse, and mixed-use projects.
- Prepare architectural concept designs, 2D drawings, 3D models, and presentation drawings.
- Develop working drawings, construction drawings, and detailed architectural plans.
- Ensure designs comply with local building by-laws, zoning regulations, and statutory approvals.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, and interior consultants.
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction quality and ensure design implementation.
- Prepare project documentation, BOQs, specifications, and material schedules.
- Meet clients to understand project requirements and present design concepts.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams by providing project presentations, brochures, and design visuals.
- Assist in obtaining approvals from relevant authorities.
- Review contractor work and resolve technical issues during execution.
- Maintain project timelines and deliverables.




- Stay updated on modern construction technologies, sustainable design practices, and industry trends.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, V-Ray, 3ds Max, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong knowledge of architectural planning, construction detailing, and building materials.
- Understanding of Vastu principles is an added advantage.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and client-handling skills.
- Strong problem-solving and project coordination abilities.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch/M.Arch).
- Valid registration with the Council of Architecture is preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in architectural design and project execution (freshers with strong portfolios may also apply).

- Residential villas and apartments.
- Commercial and office projects.
- Farmhouse and Airbnb developments.
- Site supervision and project execution.
- Authority approvals and documentation.

Working Hours

- 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
- One weekly day off (as per company policy).
