We are looking for a motivated and student-focused Academic Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will guide prospective students in choosing suitable courses, provide information about programs, and support them throughout the admission process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses, career opportunities, and admissions.
- Understand students' educational goals and recommend appropriate programs.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams for a smooth enrollment process.
- Meet admission targets and maintain high levels of student satisfaction.
- Stay updated on course offerings, eligibility criteria, and admission policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Master's preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in academic counselling, admissions, education, or sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
