Working Hours: Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Overview

We are hiring an Admission Counsellor in Surat. The ideal candidate should have experience in admission counselling, student counselling, education counselling, telecalling, or customer support with excellent communication and follow-up skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Counsel students regarding courses, fees, and admissions.
- Handle admission enquiries via calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into admissions.
- Maintain admission records and student data.
- Coordinate with internal teams for a smooth admission process.
- Perform day-to-day administrative tasks.

Requirements:

- 1+ year of experience in Admission Counselling,



Education Counselling, Student Counselling, Telecalling, Inside Sales, or Customer Support.
- Excellent Hindi communication skills (English preferred).
- Strong convincing, follow-up, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office proficiency.
