We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor with strong expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects. To join the company's founding team as a founding member, the ideal candidate should be passionate about storytelling, capable of creating engaging content for social media and digital platforms, able to deliver high-quality edits, have a growth mindset, and be willing to participate in key decision-making meetings.

Key Responsibilities

- Be responsible for every creative made and take leadership
- Edits that you will be working on short-form and long-form videos for social media, podcasts, YouTube, and marketing campaigns.
- Create engaging motion graphics, animations, and visual effects using Adobe After Effects.
- Perform color correction, audio enhancement, and video optimization.
- Add subtitles, transitions, graphics, and branding elements to videos.
- Collaborate with content creators, designers, and marketing teams to develop compelling visual content.
- Ensure all projects meet quality standards and brand guidelines.




- Manage multiple projects and deliver content within agreed timelines.

Requirements

- Professional video editing experience.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
- Good understanding of motion graphics, animation, and visual storytelling.
- Experience editing social media content, reels, YouTube videos, podcasts, and promotional videos.
- Knowledge in marketing
- Knowledge of color grading, sound design, and video compression techniques.
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and creativity.

- Good communication

- Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Understanding of social media content trends and audience engagement.
