Job Overview
Floraza Organics Ltd. is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Farm Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our farms in Karnataka. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing farm activities, supervising workers, ensuring healthy crop production, and maintaining high operational standards.
Fresh graduates in Agriculture with a passion for farming are also encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and supervise daily farm operations.
- Monitor crop growth and ensure proper cultivation practices.
- Manage irrigation, fertilization, pest, and disease control activities.
- Supervise and guide farm workers to achieve daily targets.
- Maintain records of farm activities, labour, and input usage.
- Monitor the maintenance of farm equipment and infrastructure.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
- Coordinate with the management team regarding farm performance and operational requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve productivity and reduce operational costs.
Qualifications Required
- Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture (B.Sc. Agriculture)
Preferred
- 1–2 years of experience in farm management or agricultural operations.
- Freshers with strong agricultural knowledge are welcome to apply.
- Ability to understand and communicate in Kannada is preferred.
