Job Title: Intern – Technology (Engineering & Program Support to Sr. VP – Technology)
Location: Mumbai (On-site)

Role Overview
This role sits at the intersection of hands-on engineering and technical program management. You'll write code, build proof-of-concepts, and also own coordination across engineering, product, design, and vendor teams on the Sr. VP's behalf. It suits someone who can context-switch between a terminal and a stakeholder call in the same hour.

Key Responsibilities

Engineering and PoCs

- Build functional proof-of-concepts for current tools, integrations, or product ideas the Sr. VP is evaluating
- Write and maintain scripts for internal automation, reporting, or data pulls
- Do basic QA, bug triage, and troubleshooting alongside the engineering team
- Evaluate new technologies hands-on rather than just researching them on paper

Floor and team coordination

- Run daily/weekly stand-ups or check-ins across engineering, product, and design to track deliverables and surface blockers early
- Own the follow-through on action items from technical meetings
- Be the on-ground point of contact when the Sr. VP is unavailable, escalating only what actually needs escalation

Documentation and MOM

- Document technical processes, SOPs, and internal knowledge bases
- Take minutes of meeting for technical reviews and stand-ups,



and track them through to closure

Vendor and cross-team ops

- Coordinate tool evaluations, procurement follow-ups, and vendor SLAs
- Interface with external vendors directly on technical requirements and timelines, not just logistics

Reporting

- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and leadership decks, built from data you've pulled and validated yourself, not just formatted

Requirements

- Recently completed a degree (within the last 12 months) in CS, IT, or related engineering field
- Working proficiency in Python or JS with evidence of actual projects, GitHub, or coursework, not just classroom exposure
- Comfortable reading and debugging other people's code
- Has either led a small team/project or managed multiple stakeholders concurrently, in any context (college, internship, hackathon)
- Excellent written and verbal communication, since this person represents the Sr. VP in rooms without them
- Available for full-time, uninterrupted engagement for the duration of the internship, with no pending academic commitments (backlog exams, viva, placement obligations)

Good to Have

- SQL and basic data manipulation
- Exposure to CI/CD or deployment basics
- Familiarity with Jira, Notion, or Linear
- Prior internship where you owned a deliverable end to end, not just supported one
