Job Profile
As a Business Development Associate, you'll be the face of UnSkool in schools near you. Your core responsibility will be to plan and conduct engaging seminars/sessions for students, explain the value of UnSkool's programs, and motivate students to enroll.
Key responsibilities:
- Visit and coordinate with nearby schools to schedule seminar sessions
- Deliver engaging, persuasive presentations to students about UnSkool's offerings
- Build rapport with school coordinators, teachers, and students
- Address student queries and objections confidently
- Drive enrollments through follow-ups and one-on-one conversations
- Maintain records of schools visited, sessions conducted, and conversions
- Share regular updates and feedback with the core team
Required Skills:
- Solid communication and public speaking skills
- Confidence to present in front of large groups (students, teachers)
- Persuasive and convincing communication style
- Self-motivated and comfortable with field travel
- Basic proficiency with MS Office / Google Workspace
- Prior experience in sales, BD, or public speaking is a plus (not mandatory)
Internship Details:
- Duration: 3 months
- Based on performance, the internship may be extended, or the associate may be offered a permanent role with UnSkool until he or she wants to leave
- Certificate of Internship & Letter of Recommendation on successful completion
- Compensation and incentive structure will be discussed during the interview
