Role Overview

As a Barista at Cravin’ by Andy, you are the face of our specialty coffee and the first point of contact for our guests. We are looking for a qualified who is passionate about latte art, flavor profiles, and delivering a premium, mindful service experience that aligns with our philosophy.

Key Responsibilities

- Beverage Crafting: Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and matcha-based drinks, with a specialized focus on perfecting textures and latte art.
- Dialing-In: Manage the daily calibration of the espresso machine and grinder to ensure optimal extraction and flavor consistency throughout the day.
- Customer Engagement: Provide a warm, knowledgeable welcome to guests, explaining our coffee and recommending pairings from our healthy patisserie and food selection.




- Management: Maintain a spotless and organized brew bar, ensuring all equipment is cleaned and back-flushed according to daily schedules.
- Inventory Tracking: Monitor stock levels for coffee beans, alternative milks, syrups, and eco-friendly disposables, reporting any shortages to the Manager.
- Point of Sale (POS): Handle transactions accurately using the billing system and assist with managing the flow of takeaway and dine-in orders.

Requirements & Skills

- Experience: 2–4 years as a Barista in a specialty coffee shop or premium cafe. Experience working extensively with alternative milks is a major plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in manual espresso extraction, advanced milk steaming techniques, and consistent latte art (rosettas, hearts, tulips).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, a "guest-first" mindset, and the ability to maintain composure during busy morning or weekend rushes.
- Education: Barista certification or formal training from a recognized coffee roastery/academy is highly preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
