Role Summary

We are looking for a Product Manager who is passionate about leveraging AI, GenAI, LLMs, and Agentic

systems to build the next generation of B2B commerce products. In this role, you will define the vision,

strategy, and execution for AI-powered platforms at Fairdeal.Market — driving seamless transactions,

intelligent experiences, and scalable business growth. This is a high-impact leadership role where you

will shape the future of India’s first B2B quick commerce platform.

What You Will Do

- Define and own the product vision for AI-driven B2B commerce solutions with a focus on

scalability, automation, and business impact.

- Build and drive the product roadmap, backed by market research, competitive analysis, and

strong GTM strategies.

- Leverage AI/GenAI/LLMs/RAG to enhance buyer-seller interactions, search,

recommendations, personalization, and operational workflows.

- Work closely with Engineering, Data Science, Business, Design, Marketing & Ops to deliver

impactful, user-centric solutions.

- Create seamless UX flows enabling businesses to discover, compare, transact and access





customer support effortlessly.

- Define transparent success metrics, performance benchmarks, and guide data-driven decision-

making across teams.

- Mentor and guide PMs, contributing to a culture of innovation, experimentation, and high

ownership.

- Build recommendation engines & advanced analytics for all core tech products Customer App,

to boost engagement, efficiency, and conversion.

What We Are Looking For

- 3+ years of Product Management experience in B2B marketplaces, e-commerce, SaaS, or

AI/ML-driven product environments.

- Expertise in AI-first product development — including LLMs, Generative AI, Agentic AI, and

RAG-based systems.

- Strong track record of building and scaling enterprise-grade or consumer-facing products.
- Deeply data-driven, with experience in experimentation, funnel analysis, user behavior

insights, and interaction-effect modeling.

- A sharp customer-first mindset, with the ability to balance user needs, business goals, and

technical feasibility.

- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous, high-ownership environments.
