Steward

We are looking for a courteous, energetic, and customer-focused Steward to provide excellent food and beverage service to guests. The ideal candidate will ensure a pleasant dining experience by delivering prompt, professional, and efficient service while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and skilled manner.
- Present menus, explain menu items, and take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while following service standards.
- Ensure guest tables are clean, properly set, and well-maintained throughout service.
- Respond to guest requests and address concerns politely and efficiently.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar team to ensure timely order delivery.
- Clear tables, reset them, and maintain cleanliness in the dining area.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including table setup and side station preparation.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
- Handle bills and payments accurately, if required.
- Support team members during busy service periods to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
- Maintain personal grooming and adhere to company policies and SOPs.




- Perform any other duties assigned by the Restaurant Captain, Restaurant Manager, or Management.

Qualifications & Experience

- 1–3 years of experience in restaurants, hotels, cafés, or hospitality establishments.
- Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service is preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience in hotels, resorts, restaurants, or cafés is preferred.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-groomed with a pleasant personality.
- Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Physically fit to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
