We're Hiring: Collection Executive – Kadavanthra, Ernakulam

KLM Assets Fin is looking for a dedicated and result-oriented Collection Executive to join our Kadavanthra branch in Ernakulam district. Candidates with a minimum of one year of experience in the NBFC or chit fund industry are encouraged to apply.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing collections, maintaining healthy customer relationships, and supporting the branch in reducing overdue accounts through effective follow-up and recovery efforts.

Location Preference
Applicants residing in Kadavanthra, Panampilly Nagar and nearby areas will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

- Track customer accounts and ensure the timely realization of installments and outstanding payments.
- Follow up with customers through calls, meetings, and other communication channels regarding due amounts.
- Visit customers when required to facilitate payment recovery and account resolution.
- Handle customer queries related to payments and provide suitable assistance.




- Coordinate with branch personnel to manage delinquent accounts and recovery activities.
- Maintain accurate records of collection status, customer interactions, and recovery progress.
- Support branch initiatives aimed at improving collection efficiency and portfolio quality.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Educational Qualification: Plus Two or Degree (preferred).
- Experience: 1–2 years in the NBFC, chit fund, or financial services sector.
- Good communication, customer handling, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned area for collection and recovery activities.
- Ability to work independently and achieve collection targets.
