We are looking for a motivated and energetic Telemarketing Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, explaining company products, generating leads, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining positive customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company services/products/courses
- Generate and follow up on leads
- Convince customers and schedule appointments or admissions
- Handle customer queries in a skilled manner
- Maintain daily call records and update customer details
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team when required
- Build good relationships with customers through effective communication

Requirements:

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.

Requirements

- Fluency in Hindi and Tamil is mandatory.
- Basic English communication skills preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.




- Good customer handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM is an advantage).
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Communicate effectively with customers in Hindi and Tamil (English communication is an added advantage).
- Explain company products and services to customers.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly.
- Follow up with prospective and existing customers.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely customer support.
- Achieve customer satisfaction and follow-up targets.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
