- Conduct hands-on training sessions for students on industrial robotic systems and applications.
- Plan and deliver structured Faculty Development Programs (FDPs) on robotics and automation.
- Develop training materials, lab manuals, and course content in line with current industry standards.
- Provide theoretical and practical instruction on robot kinematics, programming, and control systems.
- Guide students through mini-projects, simulations, and real-time robotic tasks.
- Operate and maintain industrial robot setups and training rigs.
- Stay updated with the latest industrial practices, robot models, and industry 4.0 technologies.
- Evaluate participant progress and provide feedback for improvement.
- Support curriculum design and collaborate with academic staff for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or related engineering fields.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience working with industrial robots or in robotics education/training.
- Robust understanding of robot programming, automation workflows, and industrial safety standards.
- Proficiency in using robot simulation software (e.g. KUKA Sim Pro).
Preferred Skills:
- Experience conducting workshops or FDPs in academic institutions.
- Familiarity with smart factory concepts, PLCs, and IoT integration in robotics.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
