We are a Korean automotive electronics manufacturing company preparing to establish a new manufacturing facility at MET City, Sector 2B, Jhajjar, Haryana.

We are looking for an experienced Production Process Manager who can manage SMT and assembly process operations for automotive electronics products.

The main responsibilities include SMT line operation management, assembly process control, production efficiency improvement, quality issue follow-up, in-line inspection process management, and support for IATF 16949 audit requirements.

The candidate will also support the initial factory setup stage, including work standard preparation, production documentation, local manpower training, and communication with the Korean headquarters.

This position requires experience in electronics manufacturing or automotive electronics, technical understanding of SMT equipment and assembly processes, and valuable English communication skills.

Korean language ability or experience working with Korean companies is preferred.

Pay: ₹167,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
