What We're Looking For

We're looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to help expand Frudo's presence by acquiring new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth across B2B channels.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate current business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and field visits.
Develop relationships with distributors, retailers, supermarkets, corporate clients, HORECA, and institutional buyers.
Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and business negotiations.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and close deals.
Coordinate with Operations and Supply Chain teams for smooth order execution.
Maintain CRM and sales reports with regular follow-ups.
Research market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Utilize AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc.) for proposal writing, market research, reporting, and productivity.





Requirements

0-1 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, or Corporate Sales.
Experience in FMCG, Food & Beverage, Retail, or Consumer Goods will be preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Confident in lead generation, cold calling, and client acquisition.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel for client meetings.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
Familiarity with AI tools will be an added advantage.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or any related field.
