Key Requirements:
Experience: 8–12 years of total work experience.
Current Role: Must be currently working in a Manager or Team Lead capacity.
Domain Expertise: Mandatory background from the SaaS or EdTech industry.
Client Handling: Strong expertise in Institutional Client Handling (B2B).
Leadership:
Proven people management and leadership exposure with a track record of hitting and exceeding targets.
Location: Based in Trivandrum or willing to relocate.
Languages: Fluent in English, Hindi, and Malayalam.
