We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Academic Counsellor to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Guide and counsel students regardng courses, career opportunities, and training programs.
- Handle walk-in candidates and provide detailed counselling regarding courses and career paths.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, follow-ups and student inquiries professionally.
- Explain course details, fee structures and career prospects to prospective students




- Maintain regular communication with leads abd convert inquiries into admission
- Build and Maintain positive relationships with students and onboarding
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions, walk-ins, and admission process

Skills and Qualifications:

- Execellent communication and Interpersonal skills
- Strong convincing and counselling abilities
- positive attitude and qualified behaviour
- prior experience in relevant field will be an advantage
